Am descoperit un restaurant cu specific tradi&#539;ional &#238;n Banatul de Munte, am f&#259;cut un city break &#238;n Oslo, unde am explorat cafenele specialty, seafood spots &#537;i restaurante cu istorie, am urm&#259;rit unul dintre cele mai interesante proiecte gastronomice care ajung &#238;n Timi&#537;oara luna viitoare &#537;i am g&#259;sit c&#226;teva c&#259;r&#539;i care ne-au reamintit c&#259; m&#226;ncarea poate spune pove&#537;ti la fel de bine ca un restaurant.</p><p>Unele dintre recomand&#259;rile de luna aceasta sunt despre locuri unde am m&#226;ncat bine. Altele sunt despre oameni, idei &#537;i experien&#539;e care ne-au f&#259;cut s&#259; privim gastronomia dintr-o perspectiv&#259; diferit&#259;. Dar toate au un lucru &#238;n comun: ne-au r&#259;mas &#238;n minte &#537;i ne-au f&#259;cut s&#259; vrem s&#259; povestim mai departe despre ele.</p><p>Iat&#259; c&#226;teva dintre descoperirile care ne-au atras aten&#539;ia &#238;n ultima perioad&#259;.</p><div><hr></div><h2>&#9968;&#65039; La pas prin Banat, cu oprire la Casa Gugulanilor</h2><p>&#206;n luna aceasta am redescoperit unul dintre lucrurile care ne plac cel mai mult atunci c&#226;nd ie&#537;im din ora&#537;: locurile care te surprind prin ospitalitate, atmosfer&#259; &#537;i m&#226;ncare bun&#259;.</p><p>Una dintre surprizele pl&#259;cute a fost Casa Gugulanilor din Obreja, o loca&#539;ie aflat&#259; &#238;n Banatul de Munte, care combin&#259; specificul tradi&#539;ional rom&#226;nesc cu o atmosfer&#259; rustic&#259; &#537;i foarte primitoare. Din exterior poate p&#259;rea un restaurant obi&#537;nuit de drum, &#238;ns&#259; odat&#259; trecut pragul, descoperi un spa&#539;iu amenajat cu mult&#259; aten&#539;ie la detalii &#537;i un decor care te introduce imediat &#238;n povestea locului.</p><p>O surpriz&#259; pl&#259;cut&#259; a fost &#537;i pizza pe vatr&#259;, despre care am aflat rapid c&#259; este unul dintre preparatele preferate ale clien&#539;ilor. Pentru iubitorii de specialty coffee, merit&#259; trecut&#259; pe list&#259; f&#259;r&#259; ezitare. gusturi pierdute &#537;i cafenele &#238;n care timpul poate fi &#238;ntors pentru c&#226;teva minute, p&#226;n&#259; la pove&#537;ti despre rela&#539;ii, nostalgie &#537;i amintiri p&#259;strate prin preparate, toate aceste c&#259;r&#539;i au un lucru &#238;n comun: f<strong>olosesc m&#226;ncarea pentru a vorbi despre oameni.</strong></p><p>Dac&#259; Fie c&#259; e vorba despre un mic dejun bun, un pr&#226;nz reu&#537;it sau o cin&#259; care ne-a r&#259;mas &#238;n minte, aici adun&#259;m mesele care ne-au f&#259;cut poft&#259; s&#259; povestim mai departe.</p><div><hr></div><h4>&#127836; <strong>Pr&#226;nz asiatic la Little Hanoi</strong></h4><p>Ne-am &#238;ntors la Little Hanoi din Timi&#537;oara, unul dintre locurile la care revii u&#537;or c&#226;nd ai poft&#259; de preparate asiatice bine f&#259;cute &#537;i un pr&#226;nz f&#259;r&#259; complica&#539;ii. Iar inspira&#539;ia a venit de la o re&#539;et&#259; a lui <a href="https://adihadean.substack.com/">Adi H&#259;dean</a>, care are o variant&#259; cu cheddar &#537;i usturoi. </p><p>Sunt biscui&#539;i fragezi, cu mult cheddar care le d&#259; intensitate &#537;i cu ceap&#259; verde care aduce prospe&#539;ime. Spre deosebire de cele americane, vafele nordice sunt mai sub&#539;iri, mai delicate &#537;i u&#537;or crocante pe margini, perfecte l&#226;ng&#259; o cafea bun&#259; &#238;ntr-o diminea&#539;&#259; lini&#537;tit&#259;.</p><p>&#206;ntors acas&#259;, am vrut s&#259; recreez acea textur&#259; &#537;i arom&#259; folosind o re&#539;et&#259; inspirat&#259; din buc&#259;t&#259;ria scandinav&#259;. Atmosfera e relaxat&#259;, iar meniul e construit aproape &#238;n &#238;ntregime &#238;n jurul primei mese a zilei, cu preparate care combin&#259; influen&#539;e clasice cu unele orientale.</p><p>Pentru c&#259; &#238;n weekend locul este de obicei foarte aglomerat, am ales s&#259; mergem &#238;ntr-o diminea&#539;&#259; din timpul s&#259;pt&#259;m&#226;nii. Evenimentele &#238;n care m&#226;ncarea se &#238;nt&#226;lne&#537;te cu arta, cu muzica sau cu procesul creativ din spatele farfuriei sunt unele dintre cele mai interesante moduri de a descoperi gastronomia.</p><p>&#206;n ultima perioad&#259; am participat la dou&#259; experien&#539;e foarte diferite, dar la fel de memorabile.</p><div><hr></div><h3>&#127931; O simbioz&#259; &#238;ntre muzic&#259; &#537;i gastronomie la Cin&#259; &#238;n 4 acte by Packed in Flavor</h3><p>Unele evenimente sunt mai mult dec&#226;t o simpl&#259; cin&#259;. &#8222;Cin&#259; &#238;n 4 acte&#8221;, conceptul creat de Livius Diaconu sub marca <strong>Packed in Flavor</strong>, a fost g&#226;ndit ca un dialog &#238;ntre gastronomie &#537;i muzic&#259;. </p><p>Evenimentul a avut loc &#238;n Palatul Cultural Sigismund Szana, iar fiecare preparat a fost asociat cu un moment muzical inspirat din &#8222;Cele Patru Anotimpuri&#8221; de Vivaldi, interpretat live de un cvartet de coarde.
